Ray L. McKim, III, dba Telecom Site Services (TSS), is an EPA qualified Environmental Professional, and was certified in 1993 as a Professional Landman & Environmental Site Assessor under the requirements as a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen; Member No. 3231.

In 1994, he successfully completed the University of Texas at Arlington’s course “Inspecting Buildings for Asbestos Containing Materials” in compliance with asbestos accreditation requirements under TSCA Title II. Ray L. McKim, III is not licensed in the State of Texas to perform asbestos testing.

TSS has performed hundreds of Phase I ESA and Real Estate Transaction Screens. His clients include many of the local and regional banks and commercial developers. Larger oilfield service companies with multiple offices in the outlying towns are clients as are such commercial entities with restaurants and convenience stores. Other clients include profession engineering firms doing large commercial projects such as schools, apartments, hotels and residential subdivisions.
